Office Cleaning Package- $5o "depending on size of building"

Striping/waxing

Floors
Bathrooms

One Time Residential Clean Up Package

We offer a one time full service cleaning package depending on the square footage of your home.

Then we can come out on your schedule and prices are included for 3 separate packages below in the following posts per visit.

Anything under 2,000 sq ft home- $160
2,001-3,000 sq ft home- $200
3,001-4,000 sq ft home- $300
4,001-5,000 sq ft home- $400
5,001 and over sq ft home- $500

Cleaning Package

We will come clean your basic needs of your home. Price will start at $60 for up to 3 hours of cleaning. After 3 hours, we will charge $20 an hour.

Landscape Basic Package

Landscape Basic Package- $25 (Front Yard)

Grass cutting

Weed removal

Raking gravel

Pruning plants

Landscape Medium Package

Landscape Medium Package- $55 (Front Yard)

Includes everything in the Basic Package plus:

Trimming bushes

Blow debris

Raking

Checking irrigation

Trim trees

Adjusting nozzles (if grass is available)
